Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SexPron. By accessing and using the SexPron website (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Service.

User Contributions

The Service may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, and other interactive features that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit to other users or other persons content or materials on or through the Service.

All User Contributions must comply with the Content Standards set out in these Terms. Any User Contribution you post to the Service will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Content Standards

These content standards apply to any and all User Contributions. User Contributions must:

• Comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations.
• Not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Not promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
• Not infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person.
• Not violate the legal rights of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability.
• Not be likely to deceive any person.
• Not impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
• Not involve commercial activities or sales.
• Not be likely to disrupt the dialogue or otherwise give rise to objections by other users of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will SexPron, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Service, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SexPron, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SexPron is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Service or these Terms shall be instituted in the courts of the jurisdiction in which SexPron is established. You and SexPron agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SexPron regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and SexPron.
